Do I need an appointment?
In order to serve all of our patients with excellence, we require an appointment.
Our office hours are:
Mondays: 9 am-4 pm
Tuesdays: 9 am-4 pm
Thursdays: 9am- 7 pm
Fridays: 9 am- 4pm
Saturdays: Reservations limited to private parties and members
Wednesdays/Sundays: CLOSED
Why is there different pricing for members?
Our members receive exclusive benefits and discounts on services included in their monthly membership fee.
As a member, what if I am unable to come in for my monthly service?
While we encourage all patients to prioritize self-care, we understand that sometimes life can get hectic. Members may roll-over their service for up to 90 days. Once annually, members may gift one service to a friend or family member.
Do you accept children for services?
We care for patients ranging from 15-85 years of age for medical, massage, aesthetic, and wellness services. Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
What is a Nurse Practitioner?
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an independent health care provider with authority to diagnosis, perform medical procedures, prescribe medications, order and interpret lab and radiology studies. NPs have a minimum of a master's degree, although many have doctoral preparation, in addition to rigorous national certification. Research has shown on average, NPs spend more time with patients and patients have equal health outcomes compared to physician care. NPs focus on health promotion, disease prevention, patient education, and caring for the whole person.

Cancellations
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for appointments with all providers at Integrative Health Canceling within 24-hours of your appointment will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file.
No-shows: If you are unable to attend your appointment, please be courteous of our providers and other patients and cancel your appointment. If you do not show up to an appointment (in-person or tele-medicine) without notifying the office of cancellation or rescheduling, you will be charged $50 (or one month credit for members) to the card on file.
Repeated no-shows will result in discharge from the practice.
After-Hours
If you have an urgent concern during non-clinic hours, please call the office at 518-579-0012 and a provider will return your call. Depending on the complexity of the call and if prescription medication needs to be sent in, you may be billed for this telephone visit. If you need medical attention more immediately than that, please visit a nearby Urgent Care or Emergency Room. Be advised that prescription requests are reviewed during business hours and refills will not be managed after-hours.
