COVID Information
Your safety is our priority. We are diligent in the sanitation of our surfaces and high-touch areas. Temperature screening and masks are required.
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, we request that you advise our team prior to your visit. This ensures the safety of all IFH patients and team members and ensures your needs are accommodated.
We offer examinations and COVID testing in the comfort of our office in Clifton Park, NY. Patients who have symptoms of COVID-19, and/or exposure may be evaluated by our provider. Testing can be ordered and collected in-office.
Symptoms include:
Cough
Runny nose
Fever
Chills
Body Aches
Fatigue/Weakness
Sore throat
Changes to sense of smell/taste
GI Symptoms- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea
In-office testing is available for patients with mild and non-life threatening conditions.
If you are having difficulty breathing or experiencing chest pain or shortness of breath, call 911 and go to the nearest emergency department.
Payment
IFH Accepts several insurance plans including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, BCBS of NENY, CDPHP, Emblem, Humana, Tricare, United Healthcare, United Empire Plan.
Alternatively, out-of-network or uninsured patients may use cash/credit with payment due at the time of service.
